Rare small (10–20 cm) glabrous, folded-leaf subshrub from southwestern Europe (France to Spain) growing on coastal cliffs and maritime mountains on acidic rocks, with pink-to-white flower heads and bracts ending in thick, pointed tips, distributed in Girona, Spain, not evaluated by IUCN.

Armérie Du Roussillon, Armeria Du Roussillon
Summary
Native to southern France and northeastern Spain, it grows as a low, turf-like perennial in rocky western Mediterranean habitats from 0 to 1300 m altitude, forming a glabrous mat 10–25 cm tall. Leaves are firm, elongated, linear-acuminate, with leaflets arranged in 2–3 ranks; short flower stalks reach about the length of a 2 cm capitulum, bearing pink to pale flowers with a pale involucre; the calyx tube is as long as the pedicel; flowers appear April–June.
Prefers sunny rock crevices with poor, well-drained soil and requires protection from winter wet, ideally in an alpine house. Propagation is by seed sown in spring (dark, moist seeds; germination 1–3 months at 16–21°C) or by cuttings in late summer.
